Relief again

While having success with the ketamine I experienced some regression in my PMDD symptoms and depression. However with some adjustments I am back on the right track. This month my debilitating symptoms attributed to my PMDD have not show up like clock work. What a relief to not experience the all consuming depression and heartbreaking SI that torments me for two weeks that seem never ending . While I still struggle with other symptoms I’m taking this moment to be grateful that I’m not drowning in sorrow. I want to grow into a person who clings on to the positive improvements as the life saving nourishment they are. Before I sat down to write this I hadn’t taken the time to truly see what a blessing this relief is. Moving forward I will do my best to cherish and magnify any progress I make. I managed to shower? Amazing, Went for a walk? Even better. Reminded myself that this will take time and I need to respect the process? Let throw a freaking party!
